At Polish Pops, we want you to love your manicure; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unopened products. Please note that for hygienic reasons, used or applied nail wraps and gels cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely place the unopened items in their original packaging and drop off the parcel at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
